Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy.
    •    For orders that are shipped, you have 7 days after receiving your item to send it back for store credit.
    •    For orders placed online with in-store pickup, you have 7 days from the date you placed your order, not from the day you pick up your order.

We do not offer refunds—only store credit.

Formals, homecoming dresses, sale items, and seasonal items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
