Items postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase date are eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original condition. If items are received damaged, we must be notified with 3 business days. All clearance items are final sale. Original postage is non-refundable. Return postage will be deducted from store credit amount.
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Once we receive returns, they will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be emailed a code to use for your store credit minus any shipping costs incurred on behalf of Pink Paparatzi Couture. We are not responsible for any shipping costs. Shoes MUST be shipped back in the original box, placed into a physical shipping box. Shoes that arrive with the shoebox damaged or shipped in the shoebox will be non-returnable.

Due to the high volume of sales, our product moves very quickly and we are unable to ensure we will have the item you're exchanging for.
