Shipping & Returns

Items postmarked for return within 7 days of purchase date are eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original condition. If items are received damaged, we must be notified with 3 business days. All clearance items and seasonal/holiday items are final sale. Original postage is non-refundable. Return postage will be deducted from store credit amount. Seasonal or holiday items are a FINAL SALE!
RETURNS:
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Once we receive returns, they will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be emailed a code to use for your store credit minus any shipping costs incurred on behalf of Pink Paparatzi Couture. We are not responsible for any shipping costs. Shoes MUST be shipped back in the original box, placed into a physical shipping box. Shoes that arrive with the shoebox damaged or shipped in the shoebox will be non-returnable.
EXCHANGES:
We ask that you contact us before returning items for exchanges to ensure we have the product you are exchanging for. Due to the high volume of sales, our product moves very quickly and we are unable to ensure we will have the item you're exchanging for. You can click the CHAT option at the bottom right corner to let us know or email us at PinkPaparatziCouture@yahoo.com Please include your order number and phone number incase we need to contact you for assistance.
REFUNDS:
All returns are for exchange or store credit only. At this time, we do not offer refunds on purchases in store or online.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged, we ask that you please notify us within 3 business days so that we can get you a replacement. You can email us at PinkPaparatziCouture@yahoo.com. Please include order number, telephone number, and images and description of damage.
CLEARANCE ITEMS:
All clearance items are final sale. Also, items marked over 30% off are also final sale. These items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

HOW DO THE ORDERS SHIP?
We ship all of our packages via USPS and UPS.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You'll receive three emails. The first will let you know we have received your order, the second will let you know we have purchased your shipping label, and the third will let you know your package has been scanned for delivery by USPS. You will receive the tracking numbers in emails 2 and 3. Should you lose your tracking information, you can log in to your account at our Tracking Page.
HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
All orders placed between the hours of 9AM-6PM Monday through Friday will be processed within 1-2 business days.  We do not process orders on holidays and weekends.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us at pinkpaparatzicouture@yahoo.com ASAP so that we can correct your ship to address. Once your package has shipped, we will not be able to do anything to intercept your package. Once it is returned to us, you will be held responsible for reshipping the item(s).
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.
